Nikki was born and raised in the small town of Caledon, Ontario. Growing up, she discovered her passion for sports and fitness as she participated in a variety of activities ranging from dance to sailing to soccer. She completed her undergrad and masters in kinesiology at UBC, where she was a member of the varsity women’s rugby team, dance team, and worked as a strength and conditioning coach in the varsity gym. Her masters focused on exercise in special populations- primarily elite athletes, youth and individuals with ASD, and pregnant women.
Nikki is passionate about educating her patients on the importance of exercise and fitness on their overall health. In her spare time, Nikki can be found up in Whistler skiing and hiking or participating in local fitness classes and playing rec soccer.
